Returns

OVERVIEW
Should you wish to return your purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered condition

PLEASE NOTE THAT SWAROVSKI EMBELLISHED EYEWEAR, AND/OR SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND ARE FINAL SALE

EIGHTH WILL reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.


RETURN PROCESS
As EIGHTH WILL fulfils its commitments of being a sustainable and eco-friendly company, we no longer ship orders with any paper invoices or return slips. To begin the returns process please click here to access our returns center.

SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the associated shipping fess for returned items. We recommend that you use a safe and secure shipping method which offers tracking. We are not responsible nor are we accountable for lost parcels.

EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; however, we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

REFUNDS
Once your refund has been approved your refund will be issued back via your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement. However, this may be longer depending on the financial institution.
